MADE TO ORDER

All products sold by Don’t Tell Nonna Pty Ltd are made to order especially for you.

Because our products are produced specifically after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or incorrect color selection.

Please check the product description and size guide carefully before placing your order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us resolve the issue, please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the problem

For issues covered by our fulfillment provider, claims should be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

Depending on the circumstances and your rights under applicable consumer law, an eligible issue may be resolved with a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy.

WRONG SIZE OR COLOR

As each item is made to order, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges if you selected the wrong size or color.

CHANGE OF MIND

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges simply because you change your mind after placing or receiving your order.

LOST ORDERS

If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

Claims for packages lost in transit should be reported within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
